A wicked problem is a complex and challenging issue that is difficult to define and solve due to its many interdependent and poorly understood components. Characteristics of wicked problems include:

• There is no clear or complete understanding of the problem.
• The problem is constantly changing and evolving.
• There is no definitive solution or endpoint.
• There are multiple stakeholders with conflicting interests and values.
• There are numerous potential solutions, each with trade-offs and unintended consequences.

To address these challenges, our tool is structured into four main parts:

1. Survey for Determining Wickedness: This section helps you evaluate the characteristics of a problem to determine if it qualifies as a wicked problem.

2. Strategies for solving a wicked problem: Once identified as a wicked problem, this part provides various strategies and approaches that can be adapted to tackle the complexity and uncertainties associated with it. They are also available in the knowledge base.

3. Evaluation of the Solutions: After developing potential solutions, this section guides you in assessing their viability and impact. This final part offers criteria and methods to measure the implemented solutions’ potential for success and their ability to address the wicked problem effectively.
