To effectively gather feedback on prototypes, test multiple versions to encourage honest critiques and use the “I Like, I Wish, What If” method for positive feedback. Test on both regular and extreme users to uncover issues, considering cultural differences for international products. Seek input from various stakeholders, not just users, to ensure feasibility. Ask focused questions but remain open to unexpected insights. Present prototypes neutrally without persuasion, and be ready to adapt based on feedback, maintaining consistency across tests. Encourage participants to suggest improvements, turning their questions into opportunities for insight.
